fiz granola a semana passada. adaptei esta receita – fiz só metade e para os 2 cups de frutos secos e sementes usei amêndoas lascadas, sementes de girassol, sementes de linhaça moídas e sementes de sésamo. é óptima com iogurte natural (grego ou não).

este tributo à aveia dá-me fome.

i made granola last week, adapted from this recipe. i made only half and used sunflower seeds, ground flax seeds, sesame seeds and almonds. it’s delicious with plane yogurt (greek or not).

this tribute to oatmeal makes me hungry.
