#1 bread with honey + coffee and milk + natural greek yogurt sweetened with raw sugar, raspberries and almonds

 

#2 oatmeal fragranced with lemon rind and cinnamon with banana slices, flax seeds and almonds + raspberries + fresh orange juice

 

#3 whole weat and oatmeal pancakes with honey + ginger, lemon, mint and honey tea + orange slices
